We completed this small office design and fit-out project in May 2022.

We were approached to create a full interior design scheme plus supply the furniture and carry out the fit out works for the project. This was a full 'Turn Key' project for Layrd Design.

The previous space was a blank white box with typical bland carpet tiles. The brief was to create a space that would inspire the employees and make this an office people wanted to come in to and work everyday.
We used a warm grey tone to enhance the atmosphere of the space and add a more domestic feel, this is complemented by the light blue branding of CRE which cuts across the opposite wall adding colour and life to the working space. Branding was important as visitors regularly have meetings in the office so we installed a large sign on the wall as you enter the suite to welcome the guests.

CHOICES
We have been mindful to make environmentally responsible choices throughout, using natural and sustainable materials wherever possible, including recyclable Tarkett flooring. We also used local trades and suppliers to lower the carbon footprint of the project.
