Layrd completed the full interior design, fit-out and furniture supply for this office space on Station Road in Cambridge.

The scheme uses hints of red throughout to emphasise the Cogentia brand and create a cohesive design.

We created a cafe feel in the main breakout space by adding tiles to the wall and a bespoke LED lightbox. this is complemented by a fitted banquette seat and tables, allowing for informal meetings and lunch breaks.

Sit-stand desks were installed in the open office space. These are a great choice to increase the staff wellbeing and ergonomic performance of the work stations. We also supplied both a single person and two person meeting pod to create a private and sound proof space for 1-1 meetings and virtual calls.

Our works included installing new wood effect vinyl flooring in the breakout spaces, updates to the lighting and electrics, a new boiling and chilled water tap, full decoration and install of all new furniture throughout the space.
