CAT A & CAT B WORKS
We primarily offer design and cutout works for Cat B office fit-outs; these are for new tenants looking to move into a blank space who require a full design package. We also design, specify and fit-out Cat A works for landlords and tenants looking to move office and for those who require dilapidation works.

CAT A
Cat A fit out will provide a primary level of finish. This may include raised floors, suspended ceilings and internal surfaces, along with basic mechanical and electrical services.
Cat A works are mainly needed when a landlord is looking to let an office. This could be works to upgrade the space on offer or when a tenant is moving offices and is required to return the space to the same spec as when they signed the lease.

Cat B works would include the installation of the the required Audio and Visual equipment and Electrical, Data & IT requirements for the space

BUILD/FIT-OUT
