Layrd Design completed this Interior Design & Fit-out scheme for the Norwich based fast growing marketing company, Yawn Marketing in May 2022.
The brief for the space was to transform the existing bland space into a setting that represented the Yawn team and their culture. This was a new office for Yawn and they wanted the design to be a showcase of their personality as a business and show energy, engagement and a fun approach to work.
We designed the scheme around the existing period features of the room to enhance the character of the building but with a modern and playful twist. The bold colour scheme was inspired by the Yawn logo and then used to help zone the space and create a flexible and multifunctional room. This allows for seated meetings of 8-10 people and also more informal meetings and working in the lounge area which is separated by the timber slatted screen.
